The society is very big with lots of security services.The guards here are very punctual and very polite.This has gotten even better since the Nimbus took over. There are a lots and lots of facilities here.There are two very big parks here for children to play in.There is also a very big and nice temple here with lots of idols. There is a lot of greenery here.The plants and the trees are very pretty.There is also a big swimming pool for children to swim.And a very big and nice clubhouse.There are badminton courts for children to practice their skills and play.there are podiums on which there are sildes and places to sit and relax.
The best society in 2012 and gone to Worse society in 2021. The Major issues are: - Nala (Drain) infant of society, which emits very poisonous gasses, the towers facing Drain stinks quite often. - The Entry Exit , the zig-zag madness made inside society, no clear entry. - Society lacks Facade, no feeling of entrance in society. - The construction quality is poor, almost 99% flats have seepage. - Poor Structural framework, the iron inside pillars is chipped out at few places, which would pose a risk - The outer paint work is ongoing will help as superficially for some time. - The control of locals - the RWAs is toothless, incidents of bad taste happen with residents who so ever tried to raise voices. Final Review: There are better societies available at good price in Greater Faridabad
Very poor experience, outside of building needs repairs which is missing for the complete society, people feels like living in a government JJ colony, No maintenace, builders and RWA needs to look after the society
Power cut is a big problem . I live on rent in 2 bhk my rent was 13000 and electricity bill of evrymonth around ,12 to 15 k , because of DG unit charge 25 rupes per unit force fully. no option for setup our own inverters,, this is called loot maAR karna ,,,, extremely uneducated manager nd most of it staff members in bt 12 ,, they don't know how to talk to a women ..high maintenance with no fesility ....
Well known society is now under gaon ka gundas manager ,, if the manager was like gunda type then how other staff behave to society members ,, omaxe heights plz hire some educated staff and take interview before appoint manager and all ,,
