One of the best hospital for maternity. The staffs here are so friendly and polite. They make us feel home. We have been visiting for consultation here and just got our baby delivered. I strongly recommend this place for any service provided by them.
It's too good place for pregnancy. I visited around 3 other hospitals which are only for pregnancy related, but I have never seen such a good place for pregnancy. All the staff, house keeping, nurses and billing section even security personnel are too good and friendly in nature. Time to time canteen people had never missed supplying food to the mother(patient). Dr. Lavanya Kiran ma'am is too friendly from consultation till discharge. Once you visit and experience in person, then surely you ll like this place for Pregnancy and Maternity.
Had a wonderful experience for the delivery of my baby girl. The entire staff from nurses to doctors and support Staff took great care of both baby and my wife with timely consultations, maintenance, and any help required . The entire billing and admission team , IP Manager coordination is very good. Canteen food was also very nutritious and given on a timely manner. The experience has been extremely good here. We would like to specially thank Dr. Julie Thomas for being very supportive during my wife's pregnancy. The entire staff here at cloudnine has been excellent.
Exceptional. We reached there quite late after my office hours. The duty doctor has just left. But we found great help in Dr Sheryl who quickly arranged for a video consulting with Dr Vidheya and we coukd get our kid required prescription. Great way of dealing with patients and the staff deserves accolades for handling us with extreme care. Would want them to open up there 24 hours facility soon so that we can stay in electronics city with a belief that cloud 9 is available 24*7.
