Like all other government office here also you must have some source from top level officers to get your work done and also be ready to give money for faster outcome. Officials here are not easily accessible . They do work but slowly. Place is well maintained and has ample amount of space . Really clean and green place .Ample amount of parking space is there. Place is easily noticeable from traffic. Staff here is co-operative and helpful if you pay them well.
I went there for name change in birth certificate but staff said that there is no way they can change or update birth certificate which is completely false. I know that there is a form to update/correction form for birth certificate but they simply denied and said they can't help. Very corrupt and lazy staff.
