I am writing this while I am still in this hotel today. Most pathetic and unprofessional services by hotel. I am forced to change my room 3 times in 3 days, still I didn't get basics. All three nights cannot sleep, as open party lown has huge DJ and sounds, you cannot sleep till 2 am. Glass door in my second room bathroom was stuck, not repaired for years type. Biggest issue is there is no hot water in chilling winter. First time ever in my travelling life, I had to take bath in some other room, not in room I stay. They will say problem is solved, but it is never. All good talks and false promises. Only good thing is good food quality in restaurant, but bit expensive. Rest all looks pathetic. Simply avoid this hotel, if you're travelling for business, especially in winter.

Stay away from this place. I booked a room with them mid November. There was no hot water ruuning and air conditioner keeps turning off. I asked for extra bed and was not given pillows even after i complained about it. My room door lock had issues. It unlocked in multiple attempts despite card reader being able to read the card properly. Kettle provided in the room was dirty and broken.
