Went in randomly on November 2020 as we were checking almost all the Tata dealerships and comparing prices. I had a pleasant experience in all the Tata dealerships, and this one was excellent as well. The features and the prices were clearly explained by their executives. Everytime we went, the response was quick and prompt. The car delivery was on time despite the covid lockdown restrictions last year. They even went out of their way and we were taken to their stockyard to pick one of the 3 vehicle variants lined up there. Cake cutting and paperwork was smooth. The management and the manager are very cooperative and cordial. 10/10 highly recommended

SRM motor'employees are very coopertive at every step and their service is outstanding since booking to delivery.
I purchased Tata harier xz+ camo. They tried to charge me camo badge separately. Top of it they tried fraudlent activities on my behalf to Tata motors. Think twice before choosing SRM. Poor customer service/after sales.
