This is not the correct location of the South ex 1 branch. This will take you to Kotla market. I live just 1 km away from the “correct location” of the bank but it took me 35 minutes to reach it, due to wrong pin being updated. Luckily, the teller was kind enough to share the correct location over WhatsApp. This is the correct location- H6CC+Q6P New Delhi, Delhi

Dear HDFC BANK, It is with great sadness that we have to say that we are very dissatisfied with unprofessional and unexpected service of this HDFC Bank Branch as well as the Manager Mr. Suresh Rana. We had submitted an application to this branch for opening a bank account months ago. Till now we haven't received any clarification from branch side. We have given our contact details but till now we are not even told what is causing the problem and why our account has not been opened even after months ? Our co-founder Mr. Praveen Kumar (+919582521399) is constantly in touch with you but till now he too has not been given any clarification from branch side. Whenever we try to contact branch Manager, Mr. Suresh Rana, either call is not received or he says that he will reply in a while but didn't get any reply yet. It is too unprofessional and unexpected behaviour by his side. We're very disappointed by the service of this bank as well as Manager and staffs. We humbly request HDFC BANK to please look into this matter as soon as possible and provide a clarification related to this matter. Waiting for a positive response from HDFC BANK. Thanks. If you ever feel like just throwing your money in dustbin, do that but do not open an account here. Terrible service! I have had accounts in different countries when I was studying abroad but I have never seen such a lazy approach to banking as I have seen here. I have no idea why a giant like HDFC is even allowing this bank to exist as it tarnishes their image. It's been more than 20days and a small issue of address change cannot be sorted by them. Whenever I personally go to the bank their favourite excuse is that the server is down. Now what sorta bank is this that every other day there is a server problem making them enjoy a vacation at work? Also, why is HDFC allowing this under their nose? I am going to close my accounts once the address change allows the account activity for me here and I would advise as a healthcare professional to anyone even thinking of opening an account here, please have mercy on your blood pressure and heart, avoid this bank at all cost. Unequipped to handle customer requests, not at all serious towards customer grievance and aloof to the pain it causes a customer when the money is stuck, that's their basic attitude. Opening an account here was my biggest mistake! Highly dejected with this bank and in a soup of trouble because of them! :( Please avoid this bank at all cost. This is just an honest opinion from their one year old customer! Update @ 15th October 2020: The guard checking temperature and giving hand sanitizer to customer is himself not wearing the mask properly and on asking him to wear the mask properly, has a casual approach to it. With the exposure in multiples of 20 people atleast per day this is a time bomb waiting to happen. Once again the management is not upto the mark.
Bank is good and calm. The manager is also nice person helpful... The staff is also good If there are some people then you can wait 10 Minutes .. But still your work should be done .. They cooperate with you.. The manager kunal puri .. Bank is near icici bank. And cooperation bank.. and SBI Bank. The hdfc atm is also there .. The there banks are in the lane.. Hdfc bank is good as per staff response.. Bank is in the center that's why you cannot see easily.. You can find out the silent bank not like government banks..
