Worst staff. Covid test staff is enjoying on smart phone. I reached today at 10:30 for test. He shouted like anything that come after 2 hours. I told him I will just complain to MO. Then he told testing staff if not there you wait outside. Testing staf came at 11 am and then also they didn't start. I told them I have a train to catch. Then with lot of favour attitude he took my sample at 11:10 am. I just told him bcoz of you, people don't trust government officials.
90% Doctors and staff busy with their smart phones. refusing to provide information at all. behave like they doing a favor by doing their job, for which they are getting paid. Uttar Pradesh of Yogi Jee's dream is much far than he expects. no hope for better service so far.
No staff member is willing to work. Even they don't want to answer public queries. Working practice is tooooo much UNHYGIENIC......
I had given sample for corona test on 28.08.2020 for RT-PCR. On that day one report was negative as stated by concern personal. Personal told that next report will be available on 31.08.2020. I went to this centre on 31.08.2020 concern person told that presently your report is not available.
