Very good clean hospital and well maintained. Doctors and nurses and all supportive staffs are very helpful. I realy impressed by the service and treatment.
1.As my experience hospital is very big, All facilities are their but not maintain. 2.As per hospital requirement staff is very very less. 3.Doctor s r well qualified gave guidance as per patient condition but supporting staff is less & not follow the instructions given by doctors. Also not a management skill. 4.As Said services provided 24×7 but @ night but after 11.00pm to 6.00am u r not found any sister or worker @ their place... 5.So service is not good 👎.my experience is very bad. 6.They not treat us as patient & only treat as ATM machine. As per cost very very costly.. 7.Medical Store experience is also not good.....every time they required lots of time to give medicine.Ignore us, every time talking on mobile phone. So to go their think twice ...this is my opinion.
I am very thankful to all treating doctors, nursing team and also Shivam management bec of my sister was suffered from one of very rarest encephalitis ie NMDA receptor encephalitis which is very rare neurological illness. She required one month hospitalization with 10 to 15 days in ICU care. I am very happy and glad to say that my sister is completely recovered from disese. Again I am very thankful of all Shivam hospital drs, nursing staff and management.
Good service at hospital... Can be improved better Puntuality of doctors is ok. Conclusion is very good 🙂
