This park is in centre of bhiwani, nearby vaish college and ghanta ghar chowk. A govt library is also near by. This park is reserved for seasonal events like at diwali fireworks stalls are here and right now dinosaur exhibition is going on, little kids enjoys a lot here.
I use to go there usually its good place with huge space. I went there on dussehra it was massive and joy full. One more thing i noticed you can park hear your vehicle's too.
