I am giving 1star due to Dr Dharmendra. His way of explaining disease is not good, for small disease he creates so panic and suggest to admit the patient, which doesn't suit to a doctor, whereas Dr. Shailendra is very genuine doctor. I would suggest to get treatment with Dr. Shailendra, if he is there. His duty hours mostly 10 - 2pm.
Hospital is very well maintained and equipped with all necessary facilities. Hospital staff is helpful and polite. Dr Amit is excellent.
Worst and very careless hospital in gwalior I never suggest for admitted here drs don't take patient seriously and don't give a priority for patients there was 1% ratio of recover Covid-19 I also loss my dady because of their careless Dr.. Dr or Sir apne jo kch hmlog k sth kia h apke sth bi jda kch acha hone vla ni h yha agar sai s life kat bhi li to upar har cheez ka hisab karne vala god h don't worry 🙏
No proper management at all, no proper staff, no manners in working nursing staff!! Plus the it's first hospital that have a canteen which remains closed in night till 8am. Attenders have to face issue for even mineral water rest can't be said. Lack of hygiene in some places like water cooler. Apart from this they only have Dr Amit, who is nice excellent in his work. Dr. Dharmendra too.. Thats it rest they lack management.
