No supportive staff... manager always remains absent. Deputy manager is also old-in-age and not so tech-savvy. It takes hours even for a small piece of work. Also there is no lunch time display, but all staff suddenly goes for an hour break. The security guard is also rude & speaks unprofessionally.
My father has a savings account here, its a very crowded place and the worker are not so friendly. To get an atm card we needed to make 5 visits yet no luck... They ask to fill up form every time but yet to receive the card so selected HDFC for opening account and the card was received in a week's time...
