The services have turned horrible since last 18 months. Incident pain- my mom was given injection while she was in terrible pain and he forgot to fully numb the area before injecting which increased pain horribly. Incident 2 - happened in Aug 2020- while grinding a tooth a part was left in it which caused a severe infection in my mom’s mouth, terrible pain for 2 days and on top of it Doctor has complete lack of empathy and is full of sweet words. When we call him for such an urgency his reply is “this is common you have to bear pain”. NO its not common, you need to understand why patient is in so much pain, your mistake caused an infection so ask the patient to immediately come and show. But calling him was of no use and at the end she just had to take 3 pain killers and one injection. Its a total money making business now. Hope that doctor learns to understand, communicate better and be less greedy.
