Not once have I got my job done in one go. Every time I go with a request they will send me back with some made up requirement. I wonder how they come up with so many innovative ideas to not do a job. To add insult to injury, most of the staff is impolite and treats customers badly. Awful experience. I am shifting to another bank.
SBI in general isn't great in servicing. But SBI Indira Nagar is epitome in bad service. Prepare for wait for at least 2 hrs every visit and visit 4-5 times for minor issues. Getting your work done is an achievement here. Staff is pathetic and capable of ignoring you for hours.
Worst branch among pathetic banking within SBI. People do not want to work or listen. They'll make you wait for hours.
I know SBI has lunch time reputation but this place is just the worst. The employees are too frustrated....and rude. I have a old account and will shift soon
Worst bank is SBI and staff don’t know how to operate computer. Very common excuse is printer not working and system is down.
