I left my 15 days salary because I don't want to work there anymore. It is not a company it is a kind of shop where employee is customer and manager and TL are worker of this shop. HR is that person who called every customer to come this shop and once customer get looted, HR get disappear. work in this shop is better then go to the jail. This shop is a private jail. Security guards are also feel like they are founder of this shop. Very shamefull . And washroom is like worst then sarkaari toilet. Messy toilet. No higiene. Very very poor. This shop doesn't deserve even a single star.
It is My Workplace. Awesome place to work. It ensures that Girls Staff must leave the office at 6:30 at max 7 which i found really great and safe place to work for Girls.
I am not satisfied with their service of Silaris as I was TME here but not preferable for me to work here and my colleagues are also not satisfied with their service. No mobile phones are allowed, no one can go outside in working hours. No bags are allowed on floor. I need to bring magazine in floor for my study but they didn't bring any single notepad inside the premises. For going outside you need to get gate pass by the manager or TL. Gate guard has another attitude. Hiring are always on and daily going on. New Comers are joining then leaving very soon and this process is continuing so and so on. Here are some TMEs are working in hard condition. Some for financial issues, some for family issues but they are not supporting them here. All the higher authority members here are in next level attitude. We are so afraid to talk with managers or TLs for any issue. Salary is given to you for only 15 days in first month of joining. They didn't tell us regarding this. I think the system of silaris need to be improve so hard and so fast. I suggest to you if you wanna make your career better then do a skill course and find a better job for you.
Wow...what a nice infrastructure. Technology with indian talents, clean, greenery, nice infrastructure, nice cafeteria well decorated and maintained , staff freindly facilities and nice people.
Nice place to work with nice option good management clean cafeteria with nice food I have learnt a lot from there and now I proud to be part of Solaris family .
