Worst government department and staff, the staff is so rude and behave like the people standing in queues are their servants.
I can't say anything much about the staff... But SDM Mr. Shyam Prakash and his assistant Zara mam are so helpful... They don't bother u for negligible formalities... Their behaviour towards people is commendable...
Not listening even genuine requests .
Please avoid this office if you can ! Easily the worst experience I have ever had in a government office in India. I had to visit the office atleast 7 times to get my marriage certificate inspite of paying tatkal fees of 1500 Rs. When asked, the so called employees replied that tatkal doesn't make any difference in the processing time. The verification letter to the temple was not sent for around 20 days. We even booked a grievance redressal appointment online to meet the SDM Mr. Rahul Saini himself, but he refused to meet us. We also wrote a request by mail to consider expediting our application, but received no reply. Total processing time in the end was 23 days, instead of the advertised 21 days.
That's good place to get documents of any certificate and staffs are not good and they are not helping to people if they ask anything about any documents that how to apply
