I bought an apartment considering the facilities and the whole layout of emerald gulistan which is no doubt good. However, the After Sales service is pathetic (CBRE), it has been more than two months since handover and still I have pending works in my apartment which is not being completed. I have tried contacting the handover team 100's of time, however no concrete response has been received. I am loosing money and time because of there negligence. This is completely frustrating to know such a big developer like JK cotton, how can they allow the third party company to delay the work. No one from there side ever contacts, I have to follow up for everything. AFTER Sales- ZERO STAR.
