She is a good child specialist doctor. Her behaviour is good and humble and she listens most of the people who consult to her. I expect more from the hospital staff. The staff needs to be punctual for those who have admitted their child. Unnecessary expenses must not be included in bill. The ventilation should be more proper for those people who wait for their turn. Sometimes the rooms become very suffocated.

Rude doctor and staff. Dr Sneha gajendragadkar is too greedy for money 1. Dr Sneha was assigned as pediatrician during baby delivery at Joshi hospital. Since it was hospital assigned, we had no choice. We saw her just for a minute outside OT. She didn't visit after for remaining period of 5 days when wife was still in hospital to check baby as a normal SOP. On the first day, baby had some feeding issue, we were asked to visit her clinic as she cannot come. It was very strange to take new born baby out of hospital on the first day itself. We did that. Upon reaching her clinic and after little waiting in room full of people and nowhere to sit, we entered her cabin. She was talking on phone and continued for 15 mins inspite of us sitting in front of her and waiting for her. Upon noticing the AC was on 25 degrees and baby was directly facing the winds, we stood up to walk out, after which she put the phone down and asked for baby checking. She even mentioned to keep AC temp 30 degrees in hospital room Dear Doctor - are you really concerned for babies or you do what you do just for money. When you yourself is advising for 30 degrees, didn't you notice the temp was 25 when you were chatting on your phone for 15 mins and we were just looking at you? This is highly unprofessional behaviour. 2. On the first day itself she recommended vanela on baby hand as optional on our choice. We decided not to go for it, then she forced it to get it done citing reasons, " aap raat ko bologe to main neeche nahi aaungi karne". This was very rude behaviour. 3. On 2nd and 3 rd day, we tried a lot calling doctor. As she frequently visits Joshi hospital, we thought we can just have a check and get the venula removed. Since she is after money only, she declined. Infact i met ger face to face outside hospital room , requested her to just spare 2 mins. She declined and left. This is pathetic behaviour. 4. She didn't tell us anything about the vaccination. She was supposed to give bcg, polio, hep b vaccine within 24 hours. She missed it, and after we asked her, she mentioned she will be giving vaccine the next day. This is very irresponsible behaviour from dr Sneha. 5. On last day, when we took baby for checking. She made us wait for 30 mins even after proper booking of slot. The receptionist is too rude to even respond on your questions. Dr Sneha didn't even look at baby properly , no checking nothing. I dont recommend dr sneha gajendragadkar as not only she is unprofessional but also the facilities at her clinic or hospital are highly mismanaged. There are many good pediatrician in Gwalior with good facilities. I also believe there are differences in medical facilities between Gwalior and metropolitan area because of doctors like these who dont care to properly update/respond to patient queries and only run after money.
