Horrible OPD experience. Ill organised management, appointment schedules are not followed which will make you wait. Poor hygiene in the waiting lobby, Covid practices are violated along with compromised privacy during patient doctor interaction

We had a great exp at Dr. Kaul Hospital. After searching for multiple option within Gwalior, we decided to go to Dr. Kaul and we are happy that we selected Dr. Kaul. Out of all Doctors. Dr. Priyanka was really helpful, courteous, and very attentive. The entire process from check in to the end was seamless. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for something similar services.
