Staff seems good but have little less knowledge about the bikes.
Go to service centre of you own a ktm in Faridabad. The service manager is nice and will listen to ask your issues. Only thing is they take their own time and can eat up your whole day just for a regular scheduled service.
Service center is good but never suggest you to buy anything from their showroom.
