Hello Support team, At (31-dec-2021) IĀ have visited vmart karrahi branch for defected product exchange, when I reached there i noticed medium ,small and extra small all of the sweater (which are under buy one get one scheme) are same length and width vise. So I went to reception and complaint about it moreover i request please allow me exchange this sweater with any other product(except in the section of buy one get one). One of the staff member of vmart misbehaved with me.He gave me so many personal comments for example-- "Your knowledge is less and you don't have any knowledge. We have created trail room to check and this is your fault.you qhve choosen the wrong product. I think you have visited mall very first time. We are not doing any charity here. I wonder in which company you are working . I think something like BPO. Call the guard and ask her to leave.vmart is my property and I am only the senior here. you have to only talk to me. Never come in vmart. Take the article and you have to leave. He told me "tere ko" also . " I request the authority and concerned people. Please look into this issue.The way he is passing personal comments are total intolerable. Please ask employees to behave well with customer. if we are paying for a product then it should be good right ? and customer should be satisfied by the service and the product. This is good shopping point in that area which have approx all daily to use things. Cost and quality both is very good. V-Mart staffs are very good and responsible for their jobs. I am happy with my visit there.
Showroom staff to bad opening time 10 am but this mart staff too late 11 am
Very bad mall and their products too, and why we call its mall actually it is only a big garbage store š
