Such a horrible experience.I want to take gas pipeline facility the engeneers fitted pipe also but not putting the regulator as i have paid full amount for thiss and when i am calling their engineer he is not receing but i can see from my house that he is fitting pipe next to my house . But it is my mistake that i have trusted these fraud peoples. I will not sit quite As I am going to consumer forum
From almost 3-4 days the gas supply gets randomly cut...... When we contacted the customer care then they only say that it is a technical problem and that's all........ The people in the customer care are extremely rude and never look forward to our problem..... Worst services......... The customer care is not even ready to listen our problem properly.
All your customer care number are not working I am trying since last 15 days. If customer has any querry how to resolve.
All given phn no. Are invalid pathetic service...CUGL service failed they have taken all installation charges from last 10 months...but still not installed pipeline not giving money back...
Poor services after installation of gas pipeline. High gas leakage was found in pipeline no response is getting from them. They do not support at high risk circumstances please avoid CUGL services for your safety.
