A very terrible place for treatment. Very unclean, unhygienic place. Unqualified staff operating on patients. It is actually the job if an eye surgeon to operate upon patients, but inside the OT, trained technicians are giving anesthesia and also start operating. Sounds unbelievable, right? No. It is India's most teririble place for treatment. Shame on the management, shame on the Trust. Hang your head in shame, oil-vendors running the show! Shame!!!!!!
My grandmother at the age of 90+ got operated for cataract. The hospital is very well maintained and hygienic. Being charitable it is quite economical. At every level the staff explained each and every process very nicely. The processes are very transparent selection of doctor, lens, room etc. The staff is Courteous and friendly.
