It is my second experience of the be same hospital. First experience was good as I happened to go to visit gynac for my would be daughter. However this time, since the income from us was not lucrative, the staff continuously made us wait and the doctor was not available. Even after confirming on phone regarding the availability of doctor which was assured to be from 1000 hrs to 1700 hrs, it happened. Then I revisited after 2hours, even then the doctor was not available. I was told by staff ( very rude staff both male and female ) that the doctor will come of it is an emergency, even though it was within the prescribed schedule as per them. I visited this hospital twice once at 1345h and again at 1600h. Both the times I was turned down I asked them again and again regarding the concept of appointment which they dint have. I am an educated citizen and they made me run around for a small issue. I couldn't imagine the plight of all the people who come there and are continuously misguided by the staff and making the patient's wait due to their own staff`s inefficiency. Really putrid pathetic and horrible experience. I again say, the doctors are good but the staff is bad. Management of this hospital needs to look into it.
Will surely recommend to frnds and family. Overall service is excellent and have seen follow up calls from the hospital on health.
