There are many things about ASRKIA- Initially none of tge salespersons responded properly to phone calls. After one visit a test drive was promised which again was not materialised till 2months. Finally, Mr Vishal came to the rescue. He brought the car-Kia Seltos home for a test drive. Apart from him the females at the enquiry were very rude and unresponsive to talk to. Finally Mr.Vishal was helpful and convincing and we booked our Kia Seltos top model on 10/10/21 So u need to keep ur patience while dealing with the staff here. The bottom line is-staff is not humble , no gurantee of after sale service ...if u are keen at buying u buy....they are not v keen at serving u with warm regards.they simply are employees.
