The employees do almost nothing to help and always delay the procedure.
Not a good bank at all . Went for aadhar card correction 2 times . The first time I was asked to come after 2 weeks due to festival/holidays . The second time , I was asked to wait for security guard so that I could ask him about aadhar card correction and the guard wasn't present at that time .
Fast work and polite behaviour.
Service facilities are very much. You feel it's not a BANK it's a part of your family
Very poor service provided.Just to update my Aadhar Card I had to wait for 2 hours. The employees are very partial with their customers. They first prefer to do work for their relatives even though they come late after other customers. They even charge double the amount prescribed by the government for the updation of Aadhar.Highly dissatisfied !
