Worst experience. They cheat with their castomer. Giving small size broken ilish and charged large size price. When complaining they ask me to come again and they give discount. I personally never suggest any one to go there. Taste was so so. Quantity was vary small. I don't want to give any star lowest is one so I have to.
Food was okay! Stuff behaviour was good. However, what is worth mentioning for not a visit is the dirt they have accumulated behind the curtains. Literally, you can find bucket full of dead flies behind the curtain areas, and no one has bothered to clean it....!!! Really ? You are such a big chain, I love to visit your Kolkata outlets and then you suddenly deteriorate the cleanliness of the place in Puri... Restaurants always score highest or lowest based on the cleanliness and the quality of food. I hope you guys clean those dead flies soon.
This staff is very deceiving. We ordered large ilish bhapa for 450 and they gave small ilish for the same price. After complaints they said to pay 390 for the pieces. Such a cheat! The only good thing was Mutton.
The best place to eat in Puri. Superb quality bengali food. They dont have everything on the menu is one issue.
