Worst experience ... I was there just few minutes back for test ride of adventure 250 and they refused.. they said u should take appointment for this. And after 10 -15 days they will inform u about the date of appointment and then I can take test ride..... I don't understand what kind of customer dealing is this.. I will raise this issue with ktm as well... So before going for these type of showroom make sure call then otherwise they will not take a single moment to humiliate you.

Very poor customer service, no one is ready to explain about bike. If you enter the show room and after looking at all the bikes, none of the staff come forward to answer any query raised by you. If any one want to purchase KTM Bike please go to other show room.
Great experience i purchased duke 250 bs6 and got the best deal!
