NOT RECOMMENDED!!! I have seen bad hotels before but this one is the worst among them all. First at booking my room included a free breakfast I didn't recieved any! Also the rooms are in very poor state like there are bugs all over the room as well as in the washroom/ toilet. The bed looked like it was in stage of breaking. No ammenties kits were provided in the room. When I complained about all these things the manager just ignored me and walked away!!! I request everyone to ignore this place and find a hotel on beach road.
Just had a conversation to enquire about my forthcoming stay...the behaviour over the phone is full of patheticity and disinterest.
In advance I have booked the hotel and rooms for my family, Oyo executive provide me price for free breakfast and room, but when I checked in hotel all the rooms are dirty and there is no breakfast provided in the hotel. There is no room service at the location hotel name is Oyo 1949 Surya Garden in Jagannath Puri. Because of oyo I have seen worst service and hotel. In my life I didn't saw this type of worst hotel ever.
Hotel are okay. Walking distance about 10min from sea beach. No fooding facilities. No sanitation infront of eyes. Parking area are not shaded. Room is as per oyo standard.
