New staff is very rude, irresponsible and lazy.. I went for FD clossure and the attending staff bluntly said-" procedure for FD clossure have changed and new procedure will take 25 minutes, islie mere sir pe na khadi rho baith jao jakr". And when they were done with clossure, the verifying lady staff didn't even bothered to inform me.
