Very worst experience. Staff behavior is very bad. Recommend everyone not to buy MI phone because service is very bad
Worst kind of experience... pathetic customer service, staff seems to be not interested in their work. MI seriously needed to look into this kind of service center otherwise it will hamper their brand value.
the technicians are not at all good at their work, i gave my water damaged pocox3 which they fixed in 1 week (motherboard changed) but for phone pickup they called in a very unprofessional manner + after i went to they said battery need to be replaced so it will take a day even after replacing all this things the phone stopped working in next 2 weeks. honestly the service center is very worst n technicians are not at all expert . 0 star for them
If its a company based service centre than i request MI to change ta staffs immidietly. worst behaviour.
Worst service centre in jorhat, stuff's behavior is very pathetic, Please don't waste your valuable time and money in that service center, 😤🤮
