Ordered a product via Amazon.Com, the seller from US sent it via UPS and American UPS delivered it to to India but the UPS Delhi team didn't contact me until Amazon contacted them and the UPS team made me write a letter to Deputy commissioner of Customs but not sure if they asked it for namesake or to keep the product themselves. An UPS agent Prabhat Vaish didn't respond properly to any questions and kept requesting for a letter and even after submitting the letter stated that it was rejected by customs (we have absolutely no idea whether it was really sent to customs) or if the UPS team wants to keep the product themselves. Zero assistance, Zero humanity, Zero quality of work from UPS, Nigam Saurabh, Monika, Kamna and S. Saurabh were marked in the emails but none of them responded or had any humanity in them to help.

Totally thirdclass service. I have sent parcel fo Canada on 18th October and is still in Delhi.

Please don't use such a useless company for any international shipment or courier, I had sent a parcel to US on 4th September till 10th September the parcel with ups origin facility, and still not connect to the flight, ups customer service is worst then the local post office

Very bad attention to the client. I waited there for 2 hours for someone to take my package. And at the end they didn't take it. They even made me go to take cash outside, as they don't accept credit/debit cards. Which was even worse. And they tell me they won't accept my package after I go to collect the cash from the ATM.
