I am an Ex-Serviceman who have served the Navy for 15 years many years ago. My experience with Syndicate Bank has been very very bitter. The bank might as well shut down. They are there just for the money and no service at all. For their negligence I am now suffering. They have not been filing my Life Certificate that I have been sending and now my pension has been stopped. It has now been 5 years since I have been trying to resume my pension and arrears. Each time I call the Bank or send them an email, they do not reply or say that the situation has been solved, but till today, I'm waiting for my pension and arrears to be credited into my account. I only wish I did not open an account with Syndicate Bank.
