Worst experience..... Illiterate staff.. No sence of talking to costumers... There are old age workers who do not have any experience how to operate computers. In such a rush area of Nehru place all staff member of post office are so careless and they also doest want to work . Govt would take appropriate action to them and replace them with young and energetic employee.. Govt should take action with these employees...
Madam who sit's in speed post counter ......always busy with her own work no intrested to entertain coustomer s and 29/9/21 post office surver is not working digital india.
The service was good. Polite workers. 3 ques and all basic post office facilities available here like speed post, stamps, etc.
