We consulted Dr. Meeta and found her good and straight forward. Cloud9 doctors and staff don't push you for C Section and try their best for Normal Delivery. Our Delivery experience was also good here. However, I will not recommend the photo shoot services provided by GK Vale. Do not go for it in the hospital.
Updated as they have put my number in DND as per request. Edited - Changing rating from 4* to 1* due to their irritating daily messages. Irritating daily promotions! There will be more than 5 messages in a day regarding every departments session, reminder updates etc. If they have at least link to unsubscribe that would be helpful. ------- Pros: Good facilities Not too expensive Caring doctors Parking Facility, No Charge Cons: Little congested as hospital space is less. Only single restroom in 1st floor which is common for gents and ladies.(Should strictly not allow gents to use toilet for ladies who come to 1st floor for scanning or make a separate one for gents)
The hospital is pathetic when it comes to their support staff. Nursing staff have no knowledge. They are keen on washing off their hands from their responsibility than make a new born and a new mother feel comfortable. Right after my delivery when my doctor left I felt I was left on my own. There was no skin to skin or breastfeeding support. Nurses push for formula feeding. On top of that I realized only recently that My daughter's discharge summary was completely wrong. Looks like they did a copy paste! I had a normal delivery and in my daughter's discharge summary it's mentioned as c section due to non progression of labor and that there was a meconium discharge. All these were medical terms with short forms and only when I googled recently i came to know what it was. If it's left to us to check these details, why even have a team of so called nurses. A hospital in a 3 tier city wouldn't make such blunders. I regret having had my delivery here and they can consider renaming hospital as 'Money makers'. I will never recommend cloud nine to anyone who wants to enjoy the beauty of delivery and a proper child care which matters the most in the initial days.
Personally I had a great experience with Dr Shailaja and the Cloudnine support staff team. Dr Shailaja had been very supportive throughout and she made it sure to get the accurate views and reporting even though it took a longer time for my baby’s anomaly scan because of my baby’s position. I am genuinely satisfied with her scanning skills and would like to continue my appointments with her for my future scans too. Cloudnine team had been a great support throughout since the beginning of my pregnancy journey. During this surge of third wave, proper social distancing and cleanliness is being maintained ensuring safety of all patients. I would recommend Cloudnine to all pregnant females.
Delivered my baby here in March 2021…! Very good hospital and staff. We didn't have to worry about anything after admission. Nurses we very good and responsible. They guided us with everything and took great care of me and baby. Definitely recommend for delivery.
