Fraud guest house. Service poor than a lodge. Take entire money in advance and don't even refund. These guys are fraud and have created false image over web to loot customers. Beware. I have taken them to court. Anyone reading this, Please learn lesson from this and DO NOT BOOK here to ruin your stay. Also, do not fall prey to their false oyo rating. Photos over there are way manipulated then the actual place.
Please don't fall for the ratings 4.7 as given on OYO etc. Check the reviews. Its a terrible place for even 1 day stay. Nowhere near alright. If you guys have exam etc ...sad if you already have paid for the stay in advance. If you ever have to stay ask them to show the rooms first. No payment before that.
Worst if the worst Oyo I have ever checked in into. Everything on the website including the photos are scam. The receptionist lady is way too rude to be in hospitality industry. It's an old time Dharamshala converted into a poorly lit, poorly ventilated and poorly maintained guest house
Would have given a negative rating if that was an option. Horrible service, worst place I've ever stayed. I seriously wonder how is this place allowed to even list on OYO. The staff and the owner behave as if they're providing some 5-star service. Mosquitoes, bed-bugs and all other insects inside the room with no repellents, torn bedsheets, no flush in toilets, pillows are a joke, rude behavior of staff and dirty, messy rooms, no lights in stairway, compact dirty lobbies give an impression of a shady motel.
LOCATION IS GOOD...REST ALL THINGS ARE SIMPLE.
