The higher the position the arrogance and negligence in staff. If you are going for vaccination they will say it starts at 9 AM but in actual it will not start until 10 (also in case of pediatrics vaccination). Cleanliness is OK. junior staff doesn't have any information nor authority but is well behaved.
It is located near Renaissance Hotel near S.G highway. I got my 2nd dose of Covid 19 vaccine here. Within 5 minutes, it was done. Staff is very good and process is smooth. Seems government systems and processes are improving faster. One can consult the doctor here for free and get medicines also free.
VIsited the UHC new Gota for the vaccination,Tokens are provided for the vaccination with perfect management. Within 10 minute I got the 2nd dose of vaccine. Good service from the staff. Good buliding with little parking facility.
VIsited for the second dose of Vaccine, from the first view I thought it has a poor management but they provided tokens and let us go inside the building and there were number of counters for helping people out. So it took me 10-15 minutes in and out. Great service.
