The Technical people are not at all expertise. If any defect pointed out after completion of job work, they used convince the customers instead of rectifying issue. I have given vehicle for inspection and they have given big list and submitted estimated the work around Rs.35,000/-, but at last they billed for Rs.65000/- after useless discount formalities. Steering bottom was replaced but after that the steering rotation become so hard and I am suffering from shoulder pain after driving even for 50 KM. Before repair I felt very comfort and steering was very smooth to drive. I asked the reason and requested to rectify the problem. It was surprised to note that they have suggested to me remove nitrogen air from all tyres and fill with ordinary air to get hardness rectified. I told that before steering got repaired the tyres were with Nitrogen air only and felt comfortable. They started convincing me treating me as lay man and other staff around him supported him. The entire experience with this service center gives me opinion that all staff are target oriented to get the company more profits and least bother about customer satisfaction. Initially they will say they will provide more discount but they add unnecessary things and reduce nominal amount as discount.. Due minor scratches dents on both sides I have requested for insurance claim. They have accepted to cover one side and advised me to bear the another side rectification and painting charges. Initial estimation after insurance cover was arrived at Rs.25,000/-, but billed for 35000/-. Instead of removing dents for one part, they have replaced the item and added charges in the bill. Actually it is steel body and damage is minimal, but replaced the item. I thought one side painting meas they will paint entire right side part. But to my surprise they left painting work just below doors saying that that portion is again chargeable separately and hence not painted. After protracted negotiation they insisted me to pay Rs.3500 one side and they will cover insurance another side. Today (5-12-2021) went to take delivery of vehicle. It is surprised to notice that this paint work done on two sides for which I was charged for Rs.3500 is not at all satisfactory. The painting work attended with due negligence and patch works are is clearly visible to naked eye and any one can easily notice the irregular painting work. They are convincing me that painting work will be vible like that only on rubber paint surface. If painted surface evenly covered then we can agree their argument, but patches are clearly visible to naked eye. Here also they are convincing me treating as lay man. The above service clearly reveals that they are encahsing each and every movement at Company Authorized Service Center. In the name of insurance claim settlement they are again making business with customer. Over all impression on this authorized service center is that they have just established the center just for earning profits duly neglecting the customer service. The private sheds are far better than these authorized service centers. My sincere advice it to go for private shed where experienced mechanics available and they will charge 50% less than these authorized service centers. Hence do not venture especially with this Company Authorized Service Center and other centers in general.
