Long overdue This airport now has SpiceJet connecting Kanpur to Delhi Mumbai and in a few days Kolkata as well! It’s v congested and you would do well to reach early and get your boarding and security etc done! The washrooms are basic and minimal! There is as usual a vip lounge for the politicians but hardly any space for the genre public! They need to expand and upgrade their facilities ! There is a visitor lounge outside and parking is 35 Rs for two hours for four wheelers! All said and done the airport is a boon for people desiring connectivity to Kanpur!
