You literally have to go to the bank 2 to 3 times for a single concern.... Good bank but staff needs training...and they are understaffed so one person has to do multiple things.... Which delays things...... Not a good bank if you want anything done with in 30_45mins of your visit to bank.... If you have time and patience to cope with bank employees mistakes . Go for it

Well the bank is good, but the uttam nagar staff is really disguisting my freinds have an account with this branch..Almost duffers and stupid staff, no knowledge about banking...My friends told me two persons vishal and sunil in this branch have no sense of talking with customers and they misbehave with them.
