Post man does not deliver books if you treat him softly, in good manner and professionally . From here i learned that such cheap people should be treated straight forward (definetely not softly otherwise they will take benefit of your simplicity) and complained to receive your paid parcel otherwise such people do not care. Did something similar and got my parcel of books. Suggestion to all- Complaint indian post office post man if he doesn't deliver your parcel, this is problem in many places of india, we all citizens should try to improve this.
