Until Wednesday, I had only read about Abyangham. But then, one of my friends recommended to give it a try. I went to Ayush polyclinic Mandir Marg. Trust me, all the work-related strain on my body vanished. The therapists were nice, too!

Dr. Naveen Sharma is well qualified and have a very positive personality, he listens very patiently and suggests medication which is best for the individual. Doctor is always available to help. I have a great experience there and still undergoing the treatment. Ambience with positive vibes and nice staff. Ayurveda is best as it has no side effects and it's a best place for treatment .
