What i see with this doctor that he is reading Negtive comments and replying them, which truly means he very concerned about patients reviews and his image, Since nowadays most of the people read google reviews before visiting a doctor. Well done doctor, Good job, Keep giving good treatments and keep replying to negative comments specially.
I see Dr. Kunal Das on 20-Oct-2019 for Acidity and Gas problems. I was also suffering from Fatty Liver and Mouth ulcer. He patiently listened to all problems and examined me thoroughly. He prescribed me some blood & flow test; medicines and also explained in detail my medical condition and also the diet I need to follow. With his advice I have improved a lot. I was having Vitamin B12 deficiency. Now (01-07-2021), I am healthy in all respect. I would recommend anyone with Liver / Stomach problems to consult him. He is an excellent doctor.
I visited Dr. Kunal Das in Manipal hospital with high hopes , the biggest issue I found interacting with him is he thinks he knows everything and patient knows nothing, did all the procedures CT scan, endoscopy biopsies as per his advice only to come home with same prescription, Kunal Das ji rifaximin is not the only antibiotic for IBS, you repeated same antibiotic despite rifaximin having 100% relapse rate for IBS D , then I went to another doctor who after several discussion put me on Augmentin , bacteriocidal antibiotic which resolved Many of my chronic issues and i didn't relapse, now I manage my IBS with zinc carnosine and 5ht3 antagonist , hope you read this and I hope in future you give some time for patient who visit Manipal with huge expectations.
