Worst customer service... Cheating customers with nice talks. No proper response from staff for any queries. Don't go for EMI, it is more cheating
I have purchased a vespa scooter for my daughter in March 2021.These people are cheating customers in every phase of purchase. They are charging abnormal rates and not providing bills for purchased accessories. They have collected Rs.1300 for consumables for what we don't know. They are saying it for grease and clothes during servicing. And the response and service is pathetic. I was totally cheated by these people. Please don't get cheated.donot visit this dealer by mistake also. I regret for the purchase done.
