I applied for appointment and waiting for 3 days, they called for the checkup after waiting for 2 hours (after saying you can also submit emergency fee). I don't know about Dr. Khurshid but the staff and management is so poor. If they already have that much patients in queue then they need to reject the further appointments query or ask patient that it will take more than 2 days for their checkup. If patient need to wait for 2-3 days for appointment. Please try to manage your staff or please don't make suffer the patients.
My mom was sufferening from Covid (one year ago) but still having some issues so we applied for appointment (after submitting Rs. 500 fee) on wednesday and waiting for 3 days and after submitting emergency fees(Rs. 1000), they called for the checkup after waiting for 2 hours (after emergency). Dr. Khursheed is very kindhearted & intelligent but management of hospital is very bad.. Any patient can not talk with dr in privacy.. He is always sorrounded by crowd.. This is the main reason that i do not want to go there.. Overall dr is very good and intelligent
Dr. It's good. But the staff is very poor. They will not take any care of your patient. Here you have to avoid admitting your patient.
Treatment facility is very poor like garbage. Better to seek for another doctor near by as he (khursheed) only needs money.No matter what is the condition of patients . Cheapest doctor i have ever seen in my whole life.The staff is completely unskilled they don't show humanity towards the patient.Better to refer another one.
