staff isn't helpful but place is great unlike other government buildings
Had to go there twice fot the same work, but that's their way of work. Practically no waiting time. Entrance is wheelchair accessible. Ample parking available.
I went there for birth certificate. I had to visit 3 times to get the work done. 1st time they just gave the form. Second time I went with the required documents and 3rd time was few days later to collect the certificate. Required documents are : xerox/printout aadhaar or pan of both parents. Xerox of the form they gave fully filled out and the pink slip given from the hospital of birth xerox. Cost is 20rs to submit the form.
I have never seen any government office working so efficiently . I had gone there for birth certificate and Mr Santosh Mhatre executive there is so dedicated to his work. Very good experience.
