Zero Star.... The Society is not the owner of the Club House and the Builder wants to forever own the Club House and charge the residents extra amount. Read the Sales Deed very very Carefully before purchasing Flat at BRC. Active Graveyard... Time and again lots of dead body burial going on beside the BRC Boundary walls.

Zero stars because it's not a gated community, There is club house which is not a part of the society amenities & it's not in operation from long time, looks like its never gonna start. Builder is reluctant to start club house in near future also.
CRISIL given 5star.. but amenities are very less, still not fully erected.
These are internal walls of my flat. I have these seepage issue since I bought the flat (~4 years) The management is poor and there has never been a permanent fix to my problem. I would never suggest anyone to buy a flat in Brc.
