No discipline in managing crowd. Should have better arrangments. Less manpower on counters to interact with public for public work. Also, office team should be polite in talking while discussion with public.
SDM Office located in sector 10 of Dwarka. One should be aware of the services happening on different days before going. Like on Monday Wednesday and Friday office is open for marriage registration and not for certain other task. Opposite to SDM office are printout, notary and photographers shop which will help you to get your documents requirements done. But all are heavily over priced
Employees are so lazy ... They try to earn extra income from the computer wale bhaiya...because they are not giving proper detail to make any certificate ... They didn't do work on time... They are celebrating lunch time more than 2 hours... They gives excuses easily to the people to hide their stupidity .. Third class service Pathetic service
Before going there please read Articles on "The Lallantop" if in their article says that today is government holiday then it is government holiday for this SDM office there is no need for official NOTICE..!! to announce 'today we are closed'.
Be there before your slot timings. They have their own token system and you need to wait for 2-3 hours more. Please plan accordingly
