I used to have a lenovo s60a (mobile) During durga puja my phone screen has broken Then as it is the nearest service center from Kharagpur i gone there but their behaviours was just worst its like they was ignoring me..... And when i said my problems wich them the told me that as my phone is under warranty but its a accidental damage i have to pay for that i said it ok they told me 2 weeks for repair but the took 30 day.... What the helll🤮 the brand Lenovo must take its franchises from this centre
Very bad place very bad employees and they don't even co-operate with customers manipulating all the time if hp or lenovo have such type of service centers I never buy any of the brand's product .
This is only for laptop, not for lenovo mobiles. The worst thing is no where it is mentioned which misleads the lenovo mobile users.
They are very rude and only thing they understand is money. As there is no other Lenevo care present a part of it, I've to go there to check the issue. First of all they didn't ask me sit and didn't even see the laptop what model or colour it was, they directly started talking about the charges. It is like they don't want to check unless you show them the bundle of cash.
It's not even a service centre. You go down there, they will tell you to call the customer care service and address your problem to them first, then only they can do something. I tried calling for 3 hours continuously, finally I talked to the customer representative who then guided me and booked an home appointment for my laptop damage. There's no point of opening an service centre where all they provide you is the lenovo customer care number.!!
