One of the oldest cinema hall of the city. I remember the time when there used to be only three cinema halls in Bareilly - Jagat, Kumar and Delight : Jagat being in the heart of the city was the most favourite of all. In the last decade , in the era of multiplexes single screen cinema had a set back, and Jagat had to be locked for a long period. Recently in August 2017, it has been restarted . Tickets are very cheap. It is lacking in facilities but what they can more provide you for your ₹20.
