Lodha is giving false statement in each of their commitments, they took money for the 339 sqft area on the highest market price and giving possession only for 300sqft, even they have giving 1 floor to mhada in 12 lakhs only without knowing any one, so my overall experience with lodha is very pathetic.
Very pathetic experience with Lodha group. They are not stick with possession date. Already project delayed by 1 year & still waiting for possession.
Approaching road is very poor. Nearby Nashik highway.
Small compact rooms available in reasonable price
I had booked this flat as sales guy pitched me that flat will be ready by February 2021 and Possession of the flat may get around march 2021. Their actual possession was November 2020 and got delayed due to covid pandemic. I felt ok with possession by march 2021 but later I came to know they have updated November 2021 RERA possession which I overlooked while registration and got cheated. Later one more big fraud, I had booked flat in may on 1st floor and paid 100% till October via bank finance. Now, as per Lodha there are some changes in the floor plan and will not be giving my actual booked flat on 1st floor. Now offering me with the other useless options in the building. Please be careful while booking your flats with Lodha. Lodha RAREGEM & LODHA Crown are smallest units adjusted kitchen in Living room.
